Biography

I obtained my PhD in clinical and experimental neuropsychology from Université de Montréal (2010), and completed my training postdoctoral fellowships at Stanford University (2010-2012) and at the Massachusetts General Hospital (2012-2015). I am a pediatric neuropsychologist with extensive experience in the field of neurostimulation and neuroimaging research, particularly with children presenting neurogenetic disorders and intellectual disabilities. As clinician, I am well aware of the many challenges that face the families of these children; that is my main motivation as a scientist, and the reason why my research aims at discovering new therapeutic options for orphan diseases in the context of clinical trials. At USherbrooke, I am committed to the training of new amazing clinician-scientists, who always surprise me by their level motivation and dedication to improve child health.
