Biography

Dr. Wallace Wee is a Pediatric Respirologist in the Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD), Interstitial Lung Disease and Pulmonary Vasculitis clinics at the Hospital for Sick children (SickKids). Dr. Wee received his Honors BASc and MHSc in engineering, and MD in medicine from the University of Toronto (UofT). He completed his clinical training in Pediatrics at the Stollery Children’s Hospital and Pediatric Respirology subspecialty training, with a focus in PCD and pediatric rare lung diseases, at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). He is currently finishing his PhD in clinical epidemiology at UofT with funding from the UofT Clinician Investigator Program and the SickKids Clinician Scientist Training Program. His primary research focus is to improve the understanding of PCD including the use of new MRI techniques and ICES population health data.
