Mansi brings an array of training and development, eLearning development and instructional design experience spanning 10+ years over her career. Her last position was at Metrolinx as a Senior training design and development specialist where she created learning strategies and programs for the COE team. Prior to that, she worked with Scarborough Health Network, where she spearheaded EPIC clinical system training launch and LMS initiative at the Central East Toronto regional level, setting the foundation for a long-term plan to implement a shared Clinical Information System (CIS) in the Central East Local Health Integration Network (CE LHIN) for centralized training of employees.  With a background in engineering, Mansi moved from technical to people and learning problem-solving. She supported the creation & implementation of Leadership Development training, performance support tools, development and implementation of comprehensive learning strategies in her learning and development career.   Mansi is also a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and chairs multiple learning and development committees at various levels. She is a big foodie and loves trying new cuisines. She also loves dancing, watching movies, travelling and painting. ​
