Guiding principles

ENRICH is grounded in our guiding principles to help navigate us into the future. With these guiding principles as our compass, we will be able to make a bigger and broader impact in the scientific community and as a result, better health outcomes for all.

NATIONAL REPRESENTATION

ACKNOWLEDGE AND EMBRACE INDIGENOUS WAYS OF KNOWING/DOING.  PROMOTING HEALTH & WELLNESS

REPRESENTATION ACROSS ALL THEMES OF RESEARCH

EQUITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

YOUTH, PARENT AND FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

INTERDISCIPLINARITY

TRAINEE REPRESENTATION

Committees

The ENRICH organizational structure provides a formal and informal group of mentors who help learners develop scientific skills while providing guidance in defining their professional trajectory, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.  The impact that we have left on our learners, motivates them to give back and volunteer their time to our platform on our committees and as mentors.

ILLUMINATION PROGRAM

The Illumination Program Chairs will lead the planning of our yearly in-person Annual Symposium and Ideation Challenges.  The Symposium will include workshops and seminars dedicated to the ENRICH Competency Framework, a job fair for cross-sectoral partners to host workshops and seminars describing the real-world application of health research, and an ideation day with challenges that will be framed around priority announcements.
