The Faculté de Médecine et des Sciences de la santé (FMSS) at the Université de Sherbrooke stands out for its exceptional work and study environment. With a faculty of medicine and a teaching hospital in one location, it now offers more than 100 programs in Sherbrooke, Longueuil, Saguenay and Moncton, tailored to the needs of the communities in which it operates. Despite this remarkable growth, it has maintained flexibility that encourages innovation in teaching and research. The FMSS welcomes more than 140 researchers whose impact has increased the number of graduate students and research funding by 25% since 2010. The University has its own Mother and Child Research Center which includes around 40 researchers from different faculties working to contribute through innovative projects on Child health promotion and development.
