Biography

I am a first-year pediatrics resident at the University of Manitoba and I am excited to be participating in the ENRICH PILLAR program! It has been a privilege to be a part of research groups that have explored systems-based issues faced by different groups such as youth with chronic pain and individuals living with HIV. I am currently leading a project on the experiences of families during the transition of a child out of a subspecialty complex care clinic into community-based providers using a patient engagement approach. We are interested in learning about how our systems can assist families and youth during a difficult time. When I am not working or doing research (…is there ever really a time when one is not doing research??), you could probably find me checking out the food scene or streaming TV shows.
